A former attic and storage space, the third floor was converted to extraordinary Class A office space in 2007. Artfully designed and occupied by Cornerstone Design Architects, the floor is unique to anything else in Lancaster. The space features steel columns, cross bracing, and rafters as well as a 1,500 square foot mezzanine. Rooftop windows enable sunlight to cascade throughout the office, and offer an unparalleled view out over the south and southwest portions of the city of Lancaster. Although Cornerstone Design occupies over 7,000 square feet of the floor, another 2,000 square feet of still unfinished space can be built-out utilizing design features similar to Cornerstone's space pictured below.
